SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All tumblers are made to order. Typically turnaround times for custom tumblers are between 2 - 5 days, unless otherwise stated. Your order will be shipped out as soon as it is ready to go and you will be provided your shipping information via email.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR TUMBLER

In order to ensure your tumbler stays fresh and beautiful, there are a few things I suggest to keep it in the best condition. Please DO NOT microwave or put through the dishwasher. Though each tumbler is made using sublimation, they are still handmade items and should be treated as such.
Please try your best to not drop them! Typically your tumbler will survive the occasional drop, but will likely get scratched up. 
Hand wash only!

WHERE IS CUSTOM CUPS BY KIM LOCATED?

I am located in the Great State of Montana. My store is all online with the occasional vendor event around the state. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

I work hard to get your items completed as soon as possible. However, if you need to make a change please contact me at (email) kim@customcupsbykim.com and I can assist with the change. If you cancel your order a refund will be processed to the payment account used when ordering. Please allow up to 5 business days for the charges to be reversed on my end to your account. Your bank may have additional days, you'll need to consult with them on that timeline. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

HOW DO I UPLOAD PICTURES FOR THE ITEMS THAT REQUIRE PHOTOS?

If you're ordering a Tumbler that has a spot for 3 pictures. You'll see the <upload a file> and a green box that says [Choose Image]. You pick one of the choices where you can get your images from. You upload one at a time. When you upload the first image, hit the button "add". Then you'll get a "notes" section. That is where you'll leave me any notes. Next you'll do this again for each image.
